The Healthx Mobile application provides convenient access to essential healthcare management tools through your mobile device. Users can check the status of medical claims, email their health insurance ID card, and view eligibility information from anywhere at any time.

This platform consolidates key features such as My Summary, displaying benefits and coverage details; ID Card, allowing viewing of virtual member ID information; Claims, including medical, dental, lab, and pharmacy claims; and upcoming functionalities like the Provider Directory and Messaging.

In particular, users can review their ten most recent claims with detailed information or search for specific claims by member name across various service types. The app also facilitates viewing the front and back of ID cards, which can be emailed directly to healthcare providers or relevant parties as needed.

Additionally, users have 24/7 access to comprehensive benefits and coverage information to ensure they are well-informed. Access to all features requires signing in with a secure user name and password, ensuring that personal data remains protected and inaccessible without proper authentication.

Please note that only members whose employers participate with Healthx are eligible to log in and utilize the app’s functionalities. If you experience difficulty accessing features, ensure you are signed in with the correct credentials.
